A 30-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting on North Shore Road in Pembroke on Wednesday night.It appears two men on motorcycle fired a gun at another man on foot in the Crane Lane area before 9pm. There were no reported injuries.A Police spokesman said: “Upon arrival in the area police officers arrested a 30 year old man in connection with the matter and a quantity of suspected controlled drugs was seized.“Evidence was also found to confirm that a firearm had been discharged. An active investigation into this incident is underway.”Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact the Serious Crimes Unit on 295-0011 or the independent, confidential Crime Stoppers Bermuda hotline on 800-8477.
