PLP candidate Marc Bean stormed to victory tonight in the Warwick South Central by-election.Mr Bean won 310 votes, the UBPs Devrae Noel-Simmons got 78 and Sylvan Richards of the BDA got 70.However it was a very low turnout with an estimated 450 of the 1,100 eligible voters registering their vote.
