? Magistrate Edward King in summing up his acquittal of British hairdresser Melanie Wedgwood on charges of driving without due care and attention. Wedgwood struck and killed Tyaisha Cox at a pedestrian crossing in Warwick in August 2003. Mr. King announced his retirement a day after the case ended.
