Thieves stole cash and jewellery from a Sandys home.

Police say the Scott's Hill Road property was broken into between 9.30 a.m. and 9.35 p.m. on Monday.

In the early hours yesterday an Ord Road, Paget home was also targeted when a thief got away with $40 in cash after slipping in undetected. The owner said she heard a noise in a bedroom at about 2 a.m.
