Johnny Lima has been given planning permission to build ten homes on Burnt House Hill, Warwick.

The Development Applications Board granted permission for the project with the condition there should be parking for 13 cars and that any endemic plant species lost are replaced.

A company called Johnny Lima Construction was incorporated in 2000 by Joao Antonio Camara Lima.
