Police divers yesterday pulled the lifeless body of Christopher Pope from Coco Bay.

Mr. Pope (pictured) , a 48-year-old Englishman who had lived in Bermuda for years, was last seen alive on Thursday.

His body was spotted in the water by a member of the public just after 9 a.m. yesterday.

On Saturday Mr. Pope?s punt was found full of water and still tied to the sailboat he looked after for his brother in Dolly?s Bay, St. David?s.

Police have not yet ruled out foul play ahead of an autopsy expected in the next few days. Marine Police are still trying to piece together the last movements of Mr. Pope ? a quiet book-loving man who worked in boat yards.
