Some questions remain about costs

Pro-Active boss Arthur Ebbin yesterday refused to say how much money had been spent on building a prefab office at the Berkeley site.
The white building sits next to several portable offices.
Mr. Ebbin said there was no re-sale market for the portable buildings which are expensive in Bermuda.
But he did not want to say how much the specially built prefab, which is not needed for the school, had cost.
He said: "Why do you need to know that? I have got a right. I have a budget. It's a stupid question."
Works and Engineering Minister Ashfield DeVent said he was not aware of the building. He said: "I will definitely look into it."
