The body of a Greek seaman who died after suffering a heart attack on board an oil tanker was brought into Bermuda yesterday.
Periklis Kilillif, 49, was onboard the Therassia when he suffered a heart attack on Sunday, but he was revived.
But he suffered a second heart attack when the ship, which was travelling from Belgium to Louisiana, was near the Azores and the tanker diverted to Bermuda.
Yesterday morning, a Marine Police boat carrying a coroner's officer and a doctor boarded the ship and pronounced the man dead.
His body was taken onto the Island and the ship's Greek owners will arrange for the body to be returned to the Greek island of Lesbos.
