Two men accused of trespassing on a Dockyard pub?s property were given 24-month conditional discharges by a Magistrate.

Joshua Wolffe, 20, of Cockburn Road, Prince Albert Terrace, Sandys, and Stefan Durrant, 18, of Cochrane Road, Prince Albert Terrace, Sandys, had both been sent letters barring them from entering the Frog and Onion or its grounds.

But Magistrates? Court heard on Tuesday that the pair, who pleaded not guilty to trespassing, were spotted there on November 4 last year.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner did not record a conviction against either but found that the facts of the case were proved.
