Work to re-establish part of the Railway Trail will be starting this week along the foreshore of Shelly Bay, the Parks Department announced on Thursday.
The work will be carried out along the foreshore from Stonehaven Road to the concession building on the beach at Shelly Bay park.
There should be little or no inconvenience to the public, said a spokesperson for the department, although traffic control may be in place at times.
The work is scheduled to last for six to eight weeks.
