A man escaped a fiery fate yesterday when the car he was driving burst into flames on Dundonald Street.
Maurice Harvey was driving his wife?s blue Nissan at around 10.30 a.m. when he heard someone shout, ?Your car is on fire!?
Mr. Harvey said the blaze quickly spread from the engine to the dashboard.
Lt. Ronnie Aguiar of the Bermuda Fire Service said all signs pointed to a fuel problem and damages were estimated at $5,000.
