The Bermuda Land Development Company is looking for offers to take over Commanding Officer?s House.
The three-level home has been empty since the US forces left in the mid-1990s.
BLDC business development and marketing manager Richard Calderon said the home would lend itself to a bar or restaurant although offers to keep it as a domestic residence would also be entertained.
The lease cannot exceed the current legal limit of 21 years for such properties.
The house is directly opposite the Rockaway ferry terminal. Proposals must be sent to BLDC by April 24.
