Passengers using the British Airways service to and from London have been reminded that the UK?s earlier switch to daylight saving time will affect flight schedules.

The UK puts its clocks forward tomorrow, a week ahead of Bermuda which will jump an hour from April 2.

During the interim period, the BA flights to and from Bermuda will be one hour earlier than usual.

District Manager Philip Troake explained:? Commencing Sunday and continuing until Saturday April 1 flights will leave Bermuda at the earlier time of 7.10 p.m with check in commencing at 4.30 p.m. Flights will arrive in Gatwick at 6.45 a.m.

?London flights will arrive in Bermuda at 5.20 p.m for this week only before Bermuda changes to daylight saving time. Passengers are advised to check the times shown on their tickets and verify the departure time by going to ?About my Journey? on ba.com.?
