The Portuguese Bakery is expanding to make more dough.

The bakery, catering and deli business in Addendum Lane, Pembroke, is looking to rise through an upper storey, and also extend its basement.

Owner A.F.P. Company has applied for Planning permission to make a series of renovations and additions.

They include bigger bakery, storage and refrigeration areas, as well as a larger retail premises.

The total proposed site coverage is 3,215 sq ft.
