Bermuda dressed for success

BERMUDA won the Caribbean Equestrian Association's Mini Dressage competition when Sierra Bell, Tyler Lopes and Anna Franklin beat out riders from Antigua, Barbados, the Cayman Islands, Jamaica and Trinidad.

The competition, judged by Cecilia Hansson from Sweden, is similar to the FEI Dressage Challenge for adults in that the competitors do not have to leave Bermuda. Rather they all performed the tests in their own countries and were all judged by Hansson. Bermuda's riders competed at the National Equestrian Centre at Vesey Street and their team score was 68.09 percent. Second was Jamaica with 63.58 percent and third was Trinidad with 63.20 percent.

Fourth was Antigua with 62.80 percent while Barbados was fifth with 60.71 percent and Cayman last with 56.93 percent.
