Tragedy has struck another local family with the murder this week of Michael Edward Eugene Wilson in the United States.

"I really don't know what happened. All I know is that he was murdered in his house," said Dwayne Wilson, a brother.

Contacted last night, Mr. Wilson's mother, Melba Wilson, was too distraught to speak to the media about the circumstances surrounding her son's death.

"I don't know anything... And right now I'm not up to talking about anything," said Mrs. Wilson. It is understood that family members have flown to the United States.
