Legendary songwriter/producer Quincy Jones is to perform at the 2009 Bermuda Music Festival.

He will be joined by R&B songwriter/singer Ne-Yo, the Bermuda Department of Tourism announced today.

The 2009 festival will cost $1.2 million - roughly half of last year’s extravaganza which included performances by superstars Beyoncé and Alicia Keys.

The event will be held October 29-31 at the Keep Yard in Dockyard. Tickets go on sale tomorrow.
