Plans to open a night club on Bermudiana Road have been submitted to the Department of Planning.

The plans, submitted by Sandra Parker-Ward, are to convert two floors of a former office building into a night club.

The plans include two bars, both upstairs and downstairs. There is also an application to add a balcony area to the Rosebank office building. The building, on 12 Bermudiana Road, is between Portofino Restaurant and Rosebank Road.
