A vandal attacked a car while the driver was inside ? but none of the many witnesses came forward to help Police.

The incident occurred outside the Swinging Doors night club in Court Street at about 10 p.m. on Tuesday.

Police say a 37-year-old Warwick man was sitting in his car when a man he knew approached him. The suspect ? a 24-year-old Pembroke man ? set upon the green Proton Saga, damaging the windows and scratching the car?s body.

He then ran off before Police arrived at around 10.20 p.m.
