A driver who crashed into the back of a car on Court Street has appeared in court.

Terrone Dill, of Orchard Grove, Pembroke, admitted driving without a licence and without due care and attention in Hamilton on February 8.

The 18-year-old was fined $450 by magistrates yesterday.

Dill was arrested on Thursday night on a warrant, and he told the court he failed to appear on February 23 to answer the charges because he forgot he had a ticket.
