The Bermuda College is close to having a new president as the selection committee nears its decision.

The three-year contract of president Michael Orenduff expires in July. At the end of last Spring, a selection committee was formed represented by several college board members, college faculty and members of the community. Dr. Orenduff was not a member of the committee.

Dr. Orenduff told : ?Board members outside of the committee that I sit on have been kept abreast but the details are confidential.?

?I think they?ve made good progress and they are close to making a selection in the near future.?
