Developers have asked for permission to build 20 new homes across the Island.

Bruno Fiocca has applied for in-principle planning permission to build six new homes at 7 Walsingham Lane, Hamilton Parish.

The Ashley Hall Trust has sought planning permission to build an apartment house development at 31 Keith Hall Road, Warwick. The proposed development asks for permission to build 11 two bedroom homes.

Carlyle Simmons, has sought permission to demolish an existing structure at 37 Scott's Hill Road, Sandys, to construct three new homes.
