The Minister of Transport, Ewart Brown last night expressed his ?extreme disappointment? at the newest delays to the new central bus terminal.

Minister Brown said: ?The fact that the Corporation was unable to address the concern of its wall in time for the previously scheduled opening of the terminal is extremely disappointing.

?We (Transport and the Works & Engineering ministries) have consistently advised Corporation of Hamilton to address this issue and it is unfortunate that since 2002, it is only now that on the eve of the opening of a brand new facility that they have decided to move on this,? Dr. Brown said.

?This news is particularly unfortunate for the commuters who now must wait another several months until the wall repairs are complete,? he added.
