Premier Jennifer Smith will celebrate 30 year's of public service with a weekend of family events, starting tomorrow, with bowling at Southside bowling alley.

St. George's PLP are sponsoring the events.

Spokesman Walter Roban said the Premier's three decades had seen dynamic change for Ms Smith and the community.

On Saturday at 10 a.m. Ms Smith will host a coffee hour/political surgery at St. Peter's Church School. At 1 p.m. there will be a family fun day at Tobacco Bay followed by an annual branch barbeque at 7 p.m.

A celebration service is set for 11 a.m. at Richard Allen Church, St. George's while a hat show and auction will take place at Aunt Nea's Inn at 4 p.m. Sunday.
