Egg throwing started early this Halloween weekend with Police reporting an incident of eggs being thrown by a group of youths on Friday afternoon.

Police received reports yesterday of egg throwing on Frog Lane and Parsons Road just before 4 p.m. yesterday. They are keeping a close eye on the area over the weekend.

One motorist reported to Police that their car was hit by a missile.

Of the 60 incidents last Halloween, over half involved egg throwing or throwing by a missile.

Police are out in full force this weekend with over 100 officers on duty.
