Fire investigators are probing a blaze that caused $400,000 damage to a Warwick home yesterday. Five fire trucks with 12 crew rushed to the burning home in Cedar Hill, Warwick just after midnight.

They found a vacant upper one-bedroom apartment on fire. The lower level occupants were alerted by neighbours who saw the flames. Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus brought the blaze under control within ten minutes using around 600 gallons of water.
