An irate airline passenger denied threatening to shoot a Customs officer in the head at the arrivals hall of the Bermuda International Airport on August 8.

Roger Fox, 40, of Woodlands Road, Pembroke, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates' Court yesterday of uttering offensive words in a public place to Customs officer Edward Lambert, namely ? "Ya, that guy don't know. I would bust a cap in his head."

Fox was granted bail of $2,000 with one surety to appear for his trial on December 29.
