Mark Crampton is one Police officer unlikely to get star-struck if he spots celebrity visitors to Bermuda ? his last job involved overseeing one of Britain?s most famous TV studios.
As a Chief Inspector in Boreham Wood near London, he made sure security was up-to-scratch at Elstree studios where both ?Big Brother? and popular soap opera ?EastEnders? are filmed.
This meant he grabbed the opportunity to look around the ?Big Brother? house, familiar to millions of viewers who tune in to watch the reality programme about bickering housemates.
?I got to sit in the Diary Chair, and even have a picture of me sitting in it,? he said, recalling one of the more unusual experiences of his long career.
