Staff at The Royal Gazette proved to be in above average health yesterday following checks of their blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
More than 140 workers at the Par-la-Ville Road office took advantage of the free tests, which were carried out by dialysis nurse and community educator Kathy Albuoy in an effort to find out if anyone required medication for diabetes or high blood pressure.
Both conditions, if left undiagnosed, can lead to serious kidney failure.
