Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani will be a luncheon speaker at the World Insurance Forum. Mr. Giuliani will speak on the third and final day of the conference, which takes place from June 7 to 9 at the Fairmont Southampton Hotel.

He is perhaps best known for his leadership role in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks when two planes destroyed the World Trade Center. The former Mayor (pictured) was a central force in restoring the city and morale of its residents.

Under Mr. Giuliani's leadership, crime in the city fell 65 percent and murder rates plummeted by 70 percent.
