Appeal Court Judge Edward Zacca will take over from Sir James Astwood as the new President of the Court of Appeal, it was announced yesterday.

And outgoing Chief Justice Austin Ward moves up to the Court of Appeal. Mr. Justice Philip Clough and Mr. Justice Lindsay Worrell will also step down.
