Four men were arrested by Police yesterday afternoon after narcotics officers seized a large quantity of cannabis from the Hamilton cargo docks.

Police Media Relations spokesman Dwayne Caines confirmed last night that the men, between the ages of 37 and 57, are assisting officers in their inquiries.

It is understood that the quantity of drugs siezed ranged between 600 and 800 lbs and was taken from the Number Eight cargo dock.

Mr. Caines said: "It is still very early in the investigation and there are still a lot of facts to be gleaned."
