Three intruders broke into a woman?s home in the early hours of yesterday and threatened her with what Police say may have been a firearm. The woman was left traumatised but physically unharmed after the incident at her home in Alexandra Road, Devonshire at about 5.20 a.m.

A Police spokesman said inquiries into the incident were ongoing and that officer patrols had increased in the vicinity.

He added: ?It appears to be a case of mistaken identity, as the female occupant of the residence does not appear to be the intended target of the suspects.?
