A jury of ten women and six men was seated yesterday for a sexual assault trial in Supreme Court.A 60-year-old St. George's man - who cannot be named for legal reasons - pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a 44-year-old woman at her job on January 3, 2001.

The case begins today before Justice Charles-Etta Simmons.
Representing the Crown is prosecutor Charmaine Smith while defence lawyer Larry Mussenden is representing the defendant.
