The main public library on Queen Street will close on Friday for two weeks.

The closure is to allow upgrades to the electrical and telephone systems to take place, painting and other cosmetic refurbishments.

Books can be returned in the book drop outside the library's main door or can be renewed over the phone by calling 295-2905. The library is expected to reopen on July 26.
