A 23-year-old Pembroke man remains in critical but stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit after he was stabbed at the Spinning Wheel night club on Sunday night.

According to Police, just after 11 p.m. the man was stabbed after a disturbance between three men at the Court Street establishment.

Police are appealing for any witnesses who may have information connected to the stabbing to call 295-0011 or the Confidential Crimestoppers Hotline at 1-800-623-8477.

And the 28-year-old Hamilton Parish man involved in a serious road traffic accident Sunday afternoon remains in stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

According to Police, the man lost control of his cycle as he was travelling east along North Shore Road, in Hamilton. He was flung into the path of an oncoming car after he hit a kerb.

Police are still appealing for witnesses who may have seen the accident to cal P.c. Evelyn at 295-0011.
