Turks and Caicos Chief Minister Michael Misick is the keynote speaker at the PLP?s banquet tonight at the Hamilton Princess. Mr. Misick?s centre-left Progressive National Party took power in August after the governing party lost two by-elections forced after allegations of electoral irregularities at the general election in April. Premier Alex Scott said Mr. Misick, 37, had a wealth of political experience and said Bermuda and Turks and Caicos shared a common history. Tickets for the banquet, which begins at 7 p.m., are $75.
