New condos get Planning approval
The Development Applications Board (DAB) has granted final Planning permission to build 19 condos in Warwick and Devonshire.
On May 31, the DAB allowed Ashley Hall Trust to build 11, two-bedroom apartments at Lot B, Keith Hall Road, Warwick.
?In order to protect the lands with a conservation zoning, protective fencing no less than four feet in height shall be erected, prior to the commencement of building operations,? the DAB said. ?For the avoidance of doubt, there shall be no storage of construction materials or equipment on the conservation area during the course of building operations.?
The DAB also said parking spaces for 14 cars should be provided and an eight-foot privacy wall should be faced with Bermuda stone.
Devon Springs Condominiums also got Planning permission to build eight homes at No. 47, Devon Springs Road, Devonshire.
It said in order for the development to be of an ?appropriate scale? none of it should be above two storeys in height.
Its conservation zoning should also be protected by fencing, it said, and parking for 16 cars be provided.
