Two cousins have been remanded in custody after confessed to having sex with a minor.

In Magistrates? Court yesterday, Gerald Jason Dillas and Jahki Nevon Dillas, both 18, from Riviera Estate, Southampton were remanded pending a social inquiry report before they are to be sentenced on October 15.

The pair had earlier admitted having sex with a 15-year-old girl on separate occasions.

Originally, four men were charged with having sex with the same girl on different dates. Yesterday the two other defendants, aged 23 and 25, were found not guilty of the offence.

Those two men can not be named for legal reasons.

None of the defendants had no legal representation.

Earlier in the trial Crown counsel Wayne Caines told the court that the victim had sex with Jahki Dillas twice in August, 2003 on different dates ? once at his house and once on the railway trial at a place she referred to as the ?Spot?.

The court heard that the victim was medically examined and found to be sexually active.

Mr. Caines also told the court that she had sex with Gerald Dillas at his house on May 30, 2003 after he asked her: ?So what, are you going to let me hit it??

Later the victim was medically examined again and found to be sexually active.

Yesterday Mr. Caines said that the Dillas defendants, knew the victim was under 16 years old and said he believed they should receive an immediate custodial sentence.

Mr. Caines pointed out the defendants seemed to have no respect for the court while sitting in the dock and he asked Mr. Francis to take into consideration their demeanour.

?Right thinking people will not tolerate men having sex with little girls,? he said.

The court heard that the two Dillas? had no prior convictions and that in Magistrates? Court the maximum sentence for their offence is five years imprisonment.

Mr. Francis said: ?The offence you committed is serious and I am going to remand you in custody until the social inquiry report is done.?
