A Hamilton Parish man and a Warwick man both admitted to stealing 20 BlackBerry Pearl cellular phones when they appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday.

The court heard from Senior Crown counsel Carrington Mahoney that on December 18 last year, 20 BlackBerry Pearls, valued at $4,000, went missing from a Digicel shipment at their Hamilton Parish warehouse.

It was later discovered, when a representative of Digicel attempted to deactivate the phones, that 21-year-old Justin Graham and 39-year-old Shawn Trott had stolen the phones from the warehouse.

Bail was set at $3,000 and a social inquiry report was ordered prior to sentencing the men.
