Pembroke man stabbed at petrol station
A 20-year-old Pembroke man was stabbed four times in the back in a vicious attack at the East Broadway Shell Gas Station on Sunday morning, Police said.
Police said the stab victim was approached inside the shop by four men at around 5.45 p.m.
"They punched him about the head and body, and one of the men stabbed the Pembroke man in the back," Police said in a release. "The victim sustained four stab wounds to the back as well as cuts and bumps to the head."
His attackers fled the scene in a car, while an ambulance took the victim to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment, however, he was soon released.
