A four-inch millipede, Narceus Americanus one of the largest North American breeds, climbs the wall outside of the House Of Assembly last Friday.
This millipede is found on the eastern seaboard of the United States and southeastern Canada. Its Yellowish-red pigmentation means that, it is poisonous, but will only release its poison - small amounts of hydrogen cyanide - when it is threatened.
