Police have not ruled out foul play in their investigation of a man found dead at a Hamilton construction site yesterday morning.

Cleveland Alphonso Campbell, 42, of Warwick, was found ?lying in a non-responsive state? in a construction site on the corner of Angle Street and Brunswick Street a few minutes before 11 a.m., Police said.

?A physician was called and certified the time of death at 11.30 a.m.,? the Police statement said. No details were given on the cause of Mr. Campbell?s death.

?Police are appealing for anyone that can give any information as to the movements of Mr. Campbell on Saturday night and Sunday morning please contact Insp. Raphael Simons at 295-0011,? the statement said.
