The trial of a Sandys man accused of serious sexual assault and grievous bodily harm will begin today in Supreme Court.

Yesterday the 33-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, denied the charges which date back to March 12 last year. A seven-man, five-woman was empanelled but the trial could not begin because of legal arguments.
