A man charged with carrying an imitation firearm with intent to commit a burglary was released on bail yesterday with steep conditions.

Brian Carlton Rogers, 41, from St. George's, was also charged with violently resisting arrest outside a residence in Great Bay Road, St. David's, soon after midnight last Sunday.

The father was released on $10,000 bail, with like surety, and must report to St. George's Police station every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.

He must also stay away from the two female residents of the premises involved.

Mr. Rogers, who is represented by lawyer Richard Hector, was ordered to reappear before Magistrates Court on November 13.

Prosecutor Juan Wolfe is acting for the Crown, and Magistrate William Francis was presiding over the bail hearing yesterday.
