:Civil servants engaged in a Red and Black day to raise funds for hurricane relief in the Caribbean. Staff were encouraged to wear the two colours on Wednesday and donate a minimum of $5 to Operation Caribbean Hurricane Relief Fund. The funds will be donated during the telethon slated to air on ZBM-TV 9 on Tuesday, October 26 at 8 p.m.
