Six-storey office building gets go-ahead

A six storey office building can now be built on the site of an old HWP warehouse on Front Street.The Development Applications Board (DAB) yesterday granted F&E Holdings Ltd. final planning approval to construct the new six-storey commercial office building with basement level at No. 131, Front Street.

The Development Applications Board (DAB) yesterday granted F&E Holdings Ltd. final planning approval to construct the new six-storey commercial office building with basement level at No. 131, Front Street.
The new building is planned to include both retail and office space, a health club and parking.
