Everything from fresh vegetables to cash were stolen from west end properties this week.

A robber broke into a Southampton guest property early Tuesday morning and made off with $400 cash and a silver digital Olympus camera.

Police reported that at 4.20 a.m. on Tuesday the complainant?s wife awoke to see the culprit fleeing the scene, however she was unable to provide a good description of the man.

Inquiries into this incident are underway.

At 7 p.m. on Monday, a Sandys resident noticed a Nattco wet tile cutter and an orange standing halogen lamp were missing from his garage. He suspects they went missing some time between March 3, 2004 and May 3, 2004.

Also on Monday a Burnt House Hill, Warwick resident reported that someone stole three tomatoes and 40 onions from his garden. He said the theft took place between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 1.
