Ticket refund details
Local sales:
Visitors and residents who purchased their tickets locally should return their unused tickets to the point of purchase. Refunds will be available starting Monday, October 25.
Visitors who must leave the Island before then should leave their unused tickets, name, address, and telephone number with the concierge at their hotel. Hotels may return the unused tickets to one of the local outlets for a refund.
Alternatively, visitors may return their ticket with their contact information to their point of purchase and receive a receipt. A cheque will be sent to the address provided.
TicketWeb:
Any customer who purchased tickets for Saturday, October 9 only through TicketWeb will have their credit cards refunded by TicketWeb beginning on Friday, October 15, 2004.
Travel Wholesalers/Travel Agents:
Refunds for the Saturday show only will be refunded directly to credit cards by the travel agent/wholesaler beginning Friday, October 15.
In Addition:
lRefunds will be given to those who request it for the Wednesday, October 6 show at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess which was to feature Elito Reve y su Charangon.
Hamilton/Dockyard ferry pass refunds for Saturday only will be issued from the Hamilton Ferry Terminal (295-4506).
St. George's/Dockyard ferry pass refunds for Saturday only will be issued from the St. George's Visitor Service Bureau (297-1642).
