Due to the UK switching to daylight saving time a week earlier than Bermuda, British Airways (BA) flights next week will arrive and depart one hour earlier than normal, said British Airways district manager Philip Troake.

He said: "On Easter Sunday we begin operating the fourth weekly service. That flight, BA 2232, as well as Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday services next week will depart from Bermuda at the earlier time of 7.15 p.m.

"Airport check-in will commence at 4.15 p.m. Arrival in London will be at 6.55 a.m. Departure times from London will remain the same at 2.45 p.m., however throughout next week the flight will arrive in Bermuda at 5.15. p.m."

He added: "We would also like to remind residents that the last day to purchase the popular Only on Sunday seat sale is next Friday, April 5. For travel on Sundays between April 14 and June 9, fares to London are $599 and fares to 11 cities in Europe are $799."
